With DJ already up the road in the 75-strong, combined 35+/45+ field, it was up to Darren to to figure out what was left in the tank after a bit more than 50 miles of hard racing on a challenging course.  Darren found the right gear and broke out his most excellent field sprinting skills for the 45+ field sprint.  George Ganoung had already slipped away with the earlier break and took the 45+ overall to claim the 2018 MABRA Road Race jersey.  Stephen Robinson was 3rd.
