We remember Kim as  a great friend of DCVelo, of bike racing, and of cycling in general as Advocacy Directory for Bike Maryland.

In the words of Downtown Silver Spring Race Director Greg Werth, "Kim was one of the most positive people I've ever met.  She will be missed."
